Maintains a 24 hours/day, seven day/week staffing schedule for the inpatient nursing units and Emergency Department. Follows recommendations for meeting staffing needs with guidance from the Nursing Team. Provides for nursing supervisory coverage 24 hours/day, seven days/week.

Position Qualifications
- High school graduate or High school graduate or equivalent; post-secondary business education desirable.
- Familiarity with a computer information system.
- Knowledge of basic medical terminology preferred.
- Able to use tact, discretion and persuasiveness in relationship with others.
- Demonstrates ability to work in an environment that promotes accountability, responsibility and collegiality.
- Well-developed communication skills, both written and oral. Able to communicate effectively with individuals and groups representing diverse perspectives.
- Uses problem-solving techniques.
- Articulates and demonstrates commitment to the philosophy, values, mission and vision of MHM.
