What You Will Do
- Lead the day-to-day operations of the PACE Organization, including primary care, home care, therapeutic services, and more
- Ensure continuous quality improvement, customer-focused care, and regulatory compliance
- Manage budgets, finances, and business relationships with providers
- Foster a collaborative team environment and mentor staff to achieve excellence
- Develop and implement strategic plans, goals, and performance evaluations
- Advocate for policy changes to support PACE services and collaborate with government officials
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field (Master's preferred)
- At least 7 years of executive healthcare management experience, including experience with older adults
- Strong knowledge of healthcare services, particularly in long-term and home care
- Excellent leadership, communication, and financial management skills
- Ability to navigate and adapt to changing priorities in a dynamic environment
