What are the responsibilities and job description for the Glacier Hills- Administrative Assistant- Part Time position at Trinity Health Senior Communities?
Critical (highest priority; absolutely key to success on the job)
- Execute discretion, confidentiality and independent judgement while performing duties
- Establish and maintain courteous relationships with all contacts / visitors, both within and outside of the Glacier Hills organization
- Make copies and / or scans of necessary documents and deliver as needed
- Advance knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Assist in continuous improvement efforts to maximize efficient office productivity
Standard (general functions of the job)
- Retrieve mail and make all necessary deliveries daily and as needed throughout the day
- Maintain and order of office supplies, equipment supplies
- Answer and screen telephone calls when needed
