- POSITION SUMMARY
- Serves as receptionist for Human Resources Department. Performs a variety of clerical duties relating to recruitment, hiring and record keeping. As assigned, one HR Assistant will be responsible for all file maintenance of active and inactive employee personnel files, and the other will be a backup. Cross-trained as needed for additional functions of the Human Resources Department.

- Educational Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred.
- Experience Requirements
- Minimum 1 year office experience is required.
- Requires experience in either HR, medical office or highly professional setting.
- Previous HR experience is preferred.
- Special Skills or Training Requirements
- Excellent computer skills and experience in working with Microsoft office products and spreadsheets is required.
- Requires ability to work under limited supervision.
- Must be able to keep information confidential.
- Must be a team player.
- Requires excellent customer service behaviors, training and/or background.
- Excellent keyboarding skills a must. Applicants should type a minimum of 40 WPM.
- Requires ability to handle difficult customers in a highly professional manner.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required.
