- POSITION SUMMARY
- The Manager of Talent Acquisition will be responsible for leading teams to attract and hire top talent at Trinity Health. This role will proactively consult with leadership to identify short- and long-term talent needs and design and deploy recruitment strategies ensuring availability of talent aligned with those needs. This role will have oversight of resource allocation, vendor management, and recruitment technologies (ATS).

- Educational Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing or closely related field. CIR, PHR/SHRM-CP, or SPHR/SHRM-SCP a plus.
- Experience Requirements
- Experience in talent acquisition, with at least 3 years of progressive responsibility in talent acquisition, preferably with at least 1 year in a leadership role. Hospital or related healthcare experience preferred.

- Ability to speak effectively before groups. Excellent communication skills. Strong networker, convener, relationship builder, and communicator with experience collaborating with diverse work teams and stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to handle confidential and sensitive information possessing skills to handle situations professionally and diplomatically.
- A high degree of collaboration and emotional intelligence, self-motivation, and analytical ability.
- Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
