- POSITION SUMMARY
- Responsible for managing and coordinating functions and activities within the inpatient, outpatient and emergency trauma center registration departments. Works collaboratively with other hospital and clinical departments, overseeing and developing processes to meet financial, clinical, quality, and other goals for the department.

- Experience Requirements
- Proven experience in a management position OR in-house training, required
- Computer experience, required
- Medical terminology knowledge, preferred
- Experience with computer appointment software, preferred

- Knowledge of management principles
- Strong coaching and leadership skills, ability to motivate others
- Exceptional interpersonal, customer service, problem-solving, verbal and written communication and conflict resolution
