Duties

- Provide ongoing support to clients, ensuring satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for increasing market share and achieving sales targets.
- Document all interactions with clients in the CRM system for accurate tracking and reporting.
Requirements
- Proven experience in inside sales, preferably within the home care or health care industry.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- Ability to negotiate effectively and close sales deals.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset, capable of working independently as well as part of a team.
