Responsibilities
- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that promote learning through play and exploration.
- Foster a safe, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment that encourages creativity and curiosity.
- Utilize effective classroom management techniques to maintain a positive learning atmosphere.
- Assess and monitor children's progress, providing individualized support as needed.
- Communicate regularly with parents about their child's development and classroom activities.
- Collaborate with other educators and specialists to support children with special education needs or early intervention requirements.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred.
- Experience working with preschool-aged children in an educational setting is highly desirable.
- Strong skills in lesson planning, tutoring, and implementing early childhood curriculum.
- Knowledge of early intervention strategies for children with special needs is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with children, parents, and colleagues.
