Our Administrative Assistant fulfills administrative and clerical responsibilities for the management office. This position requires a professional who is able to multi-task, work well under pressure and provide an optimal customer service experience to both current and future residents. Responsibilities of this position include greeting all management office guests, answering incoming calls, coordinating incoming and outgoing mail, organizing files, collecting rents from residents and serving as overall support for the Property Manager.

A successful candidate must share our passion for providing exceptional service to our residents. Proficiency in using office equipment including a multi-line telephone system, Microsoft Office, copy machines, fax machines and postages machines is required. - 5 years minimun of Admin Experience
- 40 hours per week
- 15 days Paid Time Off
- $20-22/hour
