Interns will learn from Associates and Partners through a blend of classroom training, job
shadowing, and one-on-one coaching. There will be research to conduct, phone calls to listen to, negotiations to witness, and general exposure to commercial real estate investment sales.

- Conduct property and owner research, a fundamental skill for becoming a successful broker
- Monitor and capture on-market listing data for exposure to a wide array of property types, marketing approaches, and pricing components
- Shadow Junior Agents for a first-hand look at what a typical day is like for a new agent
- Shadow Senior Agents to understand the day-to-day for an established, successful broker
- Assist with deal pipeline
- Search various platforms for active buyers
- Update comp and on-market database
