Work Hours: Typical hours: 8:30am-5:00pm Monday-Friday, with one evening required per week (11:30am-8pm)
Job Description:
As a member of the Community Support Team, you will be responsible for providing mental health services to adults diagnosed with a disability and/or mental illness living in permanent supportive housing. These services consist of interventions and supports designed to meet the mental health, social, vocational, financial, and educational needs of the recipient. The primary responsibilities involve providing individual counseling and case management services to individuals in natural settings in order to promote effective symptom management and enhance stability and independence. Additional responsibilities include treatment plan development, accurate and timely documentation of service provision, and participation in team meetings and trainings.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in counseling, social work, or other human service-related field. Master's Degree is preferred.
- Experience in the mental health field preferred.
Salary:
Salary is based on qualifications:
- Master's Degree $44,000;
- LSW/LPC $48,000;
- LCSW/LCPC $50,000.
- Eligible for up to $1500 quarterly bonus.
- Supervision towards licensure included
- As a non-for-profit organization, employees may be eligible for federal student loan forgiveness programs
