POSITION OVERVIEW:
Under the direction and supervision of the Network Director, Family Counseling Center (FCC) Director supervises, plans, administers, and monitors all aspects of the Trinity Services Family Counseling Center. performs clinical duties, such as delivery of therapeutic assessments and services, clinical supervision of therapists, data collection, policy and protocol development and implementation, training and workshop facilitation, and cultivation of partnerships with key stakeholders.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Develops policies and protocols and oversees implementation of services described in the grant application
- Maintains service records, database, and statistics.
- Monitor programmatic goals and outcomes, continually adapting to meet or exceed them
- Responsible for managing all phases of the FCC team, including the planning, coordination, oversight, and delivery of clinical and supportive services to meet the person's needs; and the identification, development, and maintenance of relationships with various community-based agencies or resources which can provide new, needed, and complimentary adjunct services for persons served
- Responsible for the supervision, recruitment, evaluation, and the ongoing training and development of FCC staff
- Providing individual therapy/counseling services to individuals
- Completes mental health needs assessment and diagnosis, and develops, implements, and reviews and revises each person's goals and treatment plans in response to the person's housing, mental health, educational, vocational, and community support needs.
- Completing assessments, such as IATP's, LOCUS, etc
- Review billing notes, target numbers, analyze data, and redistribute clients/caseloads as needed
- Responsible for the timely submission of Medicaid mental health billing

- Knowledge of community resources throughout Will and Grundy counties
- Strong communication, leadership, and counseling skills
- Able to make independent decisions and problem solve
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills, cultural competency, and experience with diverse populations
- Strongly self-motivated
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Completion of Master's Degree and independently clinically licensed in discipline by appropriate state board (LCPC, LMFT, LCSW)
- Experience working with people who have the diagnosis of a mental illness or mental illness and a co-occurring substance use disorder
Compensation: $55,000-$65,000
