QA Test Lead

Minimum of 10 years of experience in software quality assurance, with at least 4 years of recent
experience as a QA Test Lead,
Minimum 6 years of hands on QA experience on different platforms such as API, Web and
Mobile applications.
Minimum of 4 Years of experience in leading multiple projects or multiple applications
Demonstrated experience successfully leading teams in a dynamic, fast environment, reporting
status to higher management, creating defect reports with resolutions and test metrics.
Strong knowledge on QA process and procedures
Able to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously in order to meet deadlines
Experience in STLC and Defect Life Cycle. Candidate will be required to prepare effort estimation
and lead all aspects of testing.
The candidate must have a certain level of business acumen coupled with technical knowledge.
Experience working with Test automation tools (Knowledge of Selenium with Java as scripting
language is a plus).
Experience with Salesforce, Box, Copado or similar technologies
Experience conducting Load and Performance Testing
Experience with API and Web Services testing
Proven ability to simulate and execute integrated and isolated tests to analyze results, leveraging
CRUD operations on large volumes of raw data using SQL.
Proficiency in analyzing business and functional documents, identifying and defining project
scope, understand technical specifications and setup test environment, set clear goals and
expectations, manage multiple priorities, prioritize activities, facilitate the collection of technical,
operational or business requirements, set milestones and follow through to successful
completion.
Experience working in various SDLC processes including Agile.
Excellent interpersonal skills including negotiation, problem resolution and customer service

Expertise with MS-Office specifically Microsoft Word, Project, Excel, Visio & PowerPoint.
Strong documentation and communication skills.
