Note: Local to OH or AZ – The candidate must be in the Optimus Unit, LLC on a W2.
Job Description:
- Start of Day (SOD) Validation: Daily status reports and sharing reports with WAB leadership.
- Continuously monitoring the infrastructure and network systems.
- IT Operations Critical Response Coordination
- Monitoring active alerts and ensuring timely assignments.
- Reporting incidents to the NOC L2 Network team
- Tracking scheduled changes and incorporating them into a change tracker.
- Tracking maintenance activities performed on the server and network.
- Monitoring Forcepoint praxy servers
- Monitoring scheduled jobs on a Control-M server and reporting job failures.
- Validating Proxy server and Network devices alerts on SolarWinds
- Managing incidents ageing more than seven days.
- Validating the availability of platinum applications
- Creating and updating knowledge base articles and NOC runbooks.
- Maintaining a centralised paper CMDB of five towers
- Establishing suitable thresholds to prevent false positives.
