Overview :
Trinity Terrace, a premier upscale senior living community, is seeking a Human Resources Assistant , preferably with 1 year of experience in human resources in residential living, hotel, healthcare, senior living or other hospitality settings to support our Human Resources team. We are not a nursing home or typical retirement community. At our luxury, resort-like community, we are driven to provide our residents with the best hospitality the Fort Worth area has to offer.
The successful candidate will find great satisfaction in making people happy through relationship building, will be confident in onboarding and orientation processes and will be comfortable working with diverse groups and projects.
You will be a connector, networker, relationship builder and trusted source of information to all that you support in human resources. You will be supported by a leadership team that is committed to one another and the employees that they serve every day.
Schedule : Mon - Thurs; 10am - 4pm flexible.
Wages : $16.00 - 22.00 / hr depending on experience.
What You Will Do
- Provide ongoing employee support, including answering inquiries, managing communications, and distributing memos.
- Organize and update employee files, track records, and support time attendance monitoring.
- Assist in planning employee appreciation events, onboarding, orientation, and pulse surveys.
- Support HR projects, including wage surveys, I-9 compliance, benefits, recruitment, and open enrollment.
- Assist in conducting wage surveys. Input approved wage increases and status changes into Human Resources Information System (HRIS) system.
- Assist the HR team, hiring managers and recruiters with recruitment activities.
- Perform other HR duties as assigned.
