What are the responsibilities and job description for the Business Office Associate position at Trinity Village, Incorporated?
Implement and maintain systems to operate the Business Office in an effective, efficient Mannor.
Qualifications: Background in Accounting, Claims Processing, Insurance. Long Term Care Billing (Medicaid and Medicare), Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable.
- Skilled at organizing various duties
- Must be flexible and able to handle change
- Regular and consistent attendance
- Assist with correspondences related to Business Office Functions
- Maintain accurate and organized files
- Have knowledge of, or willing to learn, billing Insurance Companies, Medicaid, Medicare
- Communicate and work cooperatively with facility vendors, suppliers, contractors
- Work with Auditors
- Complete assignments timely, completely, and accurately
- Maintain confidentiality
- Must be good with people
Must be 18 years or older. Must pass a Background Check and Must be drug free.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
