- Assist with administrative tasks as needed within the office environment.
Requirements
- Previous experience in client services or a call center environment is preferred.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on customer service etiquette.
- Proficiency in using enrollment systems for data entry and record management.
- Ability to analyze customer concerns and provide effective solutions promptly.
