Trinity Equestrian Center—a faith-centered nonprofit in Eau Claire—is looking for a sharp, driven Executive Team Assistant to support our leadership team. This is a flexible, part-time opportunity to get real-world experience in grant writing, marketing, event planning, and nonprofit operations, all while helping change lives. Whether you're a student, recent grad, or someone ready for meaningful, hands-on work, we’d love to meet you.
What You’ll Do
- Assist with grant research, writing, and editing (training provided)
- Help with social media, marketing, and content creation
- Support event planning, logistics, and follow-up
- Pitch in with board prep, admin tasks, and community outreach
- Preferred: Use your skills in Canva, Wix, Excel, and ChatGPT
