Trinity Industries / RSI Logistics is seeking a Logistics Representative to manage the relationship between our clients and the Company located in our Okemos, MI Office.
- Coordinate services to the existing portfolio of rail accounts.
- Understand Rail car Operations in order to identify potential issues. Take charge of client service issues through to resolution
- Utilize RSI's propriety system, to manage client activity, giving the client complete visibility for service being performed on their behalf
- Responsible for maintaining levels of profitability with all managed clients
- Plans and arranges own work. Uses a wide range of procedures to accomplish assigned objectives
- Performs all other duties as assigned
