Product Manager - Data & Platform

What You’ll Do

• Platform Roadmap Ownership: Develop and maintain a comprehensive roadmap for platform-level services, balancing user experience, scalability, and technical feasibility. Ensure alignment with business objectives and evolving customer needs while encompassing shared services like user management, authentication, and data-driven tools such as reporting and dashboards.
• Feature Definition and Prioritization: Translate business and customer needs into clear, actionable feature requirements. Prioritize platform features based on strategic goals, competitive insights, and cross-product impact. Collaborate with Marketing to effectively position platform capabilities to internal and external stakeholders.
• Data Product Lifecycle Leadership: Lead the end-to-end development and delivery of data-focused platform products, from concept and design through implementation and launch, ensuring high-quality, impactful solutions that drive actionable insights for users.
• Innovation and Strategy: Drive innovation in product offerings by proposing and championing new ideas that enhance Trintech’s accounting offering.
• Customer Engagement: Partner with customers to understand their needs, translating these into impactful platform capabilities.
• Collaboration: Lead cross-functionally with leaders within Sales, Services, Presales, SaaS Ops., InfoSec., Support, Product Marketing, Marketing, participating in the Go-To-Market (GTM) process
• Execution and Delivery: Work closely with product and engineering teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of features and improvements. Provide guidance and clarification throughout the development process.
• Performance Monitoring: Establish key metrics and KPIs to measure the success and impact of Trintech’s solution. Continuously monitor and analyze performance data to drive data-driven decisions. Ensure growth, retention and customer experience.
• Build vs. Buy Evaluation: Conduct vendor evaluations and build-vs-buy analyses to determine the most effective approach for implementing shared services capabilities, ensuring alignment with business goals, technical feasibility, and long-term scalability.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 5 years of experience in product management, preferably with a focus on platform or infrastructure-level products.
• Strong understanding of data visualization and reporting tools.
• Experience with SaaS environments and platform scalability challenges.
• Exceptional ability to collaborate across teams and influence decision-making.
