Task List :
Provide IT support to all levels and the public in daytoday operationsAssist with the deployment installation and set up of hardware for the DepartmentProvide excellent customer service while answering calls and requests from the Help Desk hotlineAssist with maintaining asset inventory and updating asset management databasePerformance Specifications :
The qualified candidate must possess the following skills and experience :4 years full time working experience with Microsoft Windows 10 and 11; Microsoft Office Suite 2019 or above; and Apple iOSAbility to lift to 15 pounds; occasionally more than 15 poundsGood verbal hearing and eyesight4 years experience in the installation and support of hardware components associated with Departmental distributed and personal computer systemsHelpdesk experience (4 years)Good oral and written communication skillsKnowledge of Active DirectoryAble to create and update technical documentationAble to train staff as neededMust have a valid California drivers licenseMust have own vehicle to driveEvaluation Criteria :
