How You Will Make an Impact :
- Develop and implement sourcing strategies to identify both internal and external candidates through a mix of passive and active sourcing methods, including social media and employee referrals.
- Collaborate with hiring managers throughout the recruitment process, providing insights on candidate flow, assessments, recruiting activities, market trends, and challenges.
- Maintain close communication with candidates throughout the hiring process to ensure an exceptional candidate experience.
- Build strong relationships with the Talent Acquisition (TA) team, University Relations, and key HR partners to enhance the effectiveness of our recruitment efforts.
- Partner with other TA team members on complex projects focused on process improvement, DEI, and social media initiatives.
