Cultivation Facility Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Facility Cultivation Manager to oversee our cultivation operations. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cannabis cultivation, tissue culture, a strong understanding of purchasing, and the ability to lead a team in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of cultivation, including planting, growing, harvesting, and curing processes.
• This position would assist with accounting, budgeting, purchasing,
• Develop and implement cultivation plans and schedules to optimize yield and quality.
• purchase negotiation's, oversee maintenance and repairs
• Oversee and mentor cultivation staff, ensuring adherence to industry best practices and company policies.
• Monitor plant health, environmental conditions, and resource usage, making adjustments as needed to ensure optimal growth.
• Conduct regular inspections of plants and facilities to identify and address any issues promptly.
• Maintain compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations related to cannabis cultivation.
• Prepare and maintain accurate records of cultivation activities, yields, and resource usage, utilizing relevant software systems.
• Stay updated on advancements in cultivation techniques and technologies, implementing improvements as appropriate.
