Job Overview
The Trade Analyst of Trade Operations is responsible for ensuring data integrity within the master data. This role supports the business at both a tactical and operational level.
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage master data setup and maintenance within the sales and distribution system.
- Test protocols and validate new applications, changes, and enhancements to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Create, generate, and run reports for internal departments.
- Recommend changes to current internal controls to improve the order-to-invoicing process and master data process.
- Establish and manage financial KPIs related to the RLT invoicing/pricing process and master data setup.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree.
- 1 year of progressive business experience in the pharmaceutical industry, sales, and distribution, or customer support.
- Ability to manage tasks and meet deadlines.
- Effective interpersonal and time management skills, with an ability for productive collaboration across various departments.
- Detail-oriented problem solver who can make clear-headed decisions under pressure.
- Ability to synthesize actionable insights from multiple data sources, with advanced analytical skills and capabilities.
- Ability and desire to work independently and within a team.
- Advanced PowerPoint, Excel, and case management skills preferred.
