RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coordinate the scheduling and dispatching of vehicles and drivers for secure transportation missions, including personnel movements, equipment transfers, and cargo shipments
- Assign vehicles and drivers to specific missions and routes, taking into account factors such as vehicle type, capacity, security requirements, and driver qualifications
- Monitor the progress of transportation missions in real-time, tracking vehicle movements, maintaining situational awareness, and responding promptly to any incidents or deviations from the planned route
- Coordinate with security personnel to ensure compliance with security protocols and procedures during vehicle operations, including vehicle inspections, access control, and threat mitigation measures
- Provide logistical support and assistance to drivers and passengers as needed, including coordinating vehicle maintenance, fueling, and repairs, and resolving any operational issues or emergencies
- Maintain accurate records of transportation activities, including mission logs, vehicle usage reports, and incident documentation, using computerized systems or manual records
QUALIFICATIONS
- 10 years related experience
- English professional fluency strongly preferred. Ability to speak, read and write to appropriate and consistently communicate in English.
- Ability to obtain and maintain RSO Vetting Security Clearance
- Ability to successfully pass any employment related drug screening and background security check
- Must possess a valid driver's licenseand a clear driving record for the last three years
- Must maintain a good driving record
- Effective oral and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time and multiple priorities to completion
- Problem solving skills with an analytical thought process
- Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing environment
WORKING CONDITIONS
Work is typically based in a busy office environment and subject to frequent interruptions. Business work hours depend on the arrival and departure time. Must be able to lift, lower, carry, push or move objects up to 25 lbs. Various tasks may require intermittent standing or prolonged sitting, and the ability to walk, reach, kneel, crouch and handle work related supplies and tools.
