- Develop and implement personalized care plans based on resident needs and preferences

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A Registered Nurse degree or diploma from an accredited college/university
- A valid RN state license and CPR certification
- Experience in nursing and knowledge of relevant laws and regulations
