Starting Pay Range : Salary ($55,000-60,000)
JOB SUMMARY :
Working under the direction of the Director of Marketing the incumbent is responsible for acquiring, developing and retaining high value players, by offering exceptional guest service.

- Foster and maintain relationships with high value guests through professional, knowledgeable and exceptional customer service skills
- Working knowledge of the player tracking system
- Reward guests appropriately, based on specific casino guidelines for levels of carded play.
- Promote the success of the Triple Play program by, enrolling and issuing membership cards including explaining the benefits of the program.
- Meet weekly outreach goals to increase theoretical revenues of assigned guests
- Apply effective telemarketing skills to increase visitation
- Maintain new enrollment quotas and contact hours including telemarketing lists.
- Assist with reservations for restaurants, hotel and amenities.
- Update and maintain guest contact information
- Maintain the strictest levels of confidentiality

Education and / or Experience :

Mathematical Skills : Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percentage and to draw and interpret bar graphs.

As a representative of the Triple Crown Casinos, VIP Ambassadors are encouraged to socialize regularly with guests to gain a rapport. VIP Ambassadors must maintain the integrity of all the company properties at all times. VIP Ambassadors are NOT permitted to consume alcoholic beverages while on duty.
