About this position...
The Construction Superintendent for our new Senior Living Facility and Multi-Family project will be responsible for the on-site management and coordination of the project from start to finish. This individual will oversee the site based out of the Greater Harrisburg area.
- Leads the project construction team.
- Continuously monitors and adjusts schedules, administers budgets, cost control, quality, and safety review.
- Ensures true Quality Partner relationships are created and maintained.
- Monitors the construction schedule to ensure work is on time.
- Complete schedule changes when necessary.
- Establishes project and construction priorities.
What we are looking for from you...
- Minimum of 7 years experience leading as a Superintendent
- Must have experience in ground-up construction for Senior Living
- Heavily independent and can manage jobsite with little to no supervision
- Working experience with all phases of construction and prioritizes deadlines
- Ability to work closely with customers, construction personnel, personnel in other work groups, contractors, suppliers, and other team members
- Ability to work from drawings and blueprints
