About this position...
We are looking for a Senior Construction Superintendent who will be responsible for the on-site management and project coordination. This individual will oversee our current residential Senior Living Facility being built in the Boyertown, PA area, as well as future construction projects.
- Leads the project construction team through all phases.
- Assigns daily tasks to Foremen, Carpenters, and Laborers on site as needed.
- Continuously monitors and adjusts schedules, administers budgets, cost control, quality, and safety review.
- Ensures true Quality Partner relationships are created and maintained.
- Monitors the construction schedule to ensure work is on time.
- Complete schedule changes when necessary.
- Establishes project and construction priorities.
- Responsible for ensuring all OSHA regulations are strictly followed.
- Attends weekly production meetings at the Harrisburg, PA corporate office.
