About the Position...
The Senior Project Designer will be responsible for producing, designing, customizing, and revising working drawings using computerized drafting in support of the company's ongoing and future residential and commercial construction projects.
- Design commercial and residential projects for remodeling, custom plans and tenant fit-outs.
- Create prints that will be provided for field and office use.
- Coordinate drawings from various engineers.
- Responsible for scanning , emailing, and saving of all drawings
- Must maintain and organize all drawings on computer system.
- Maintain As-Built records for the company.
- Order architectural supplies as needed.
- Coordinate with Marketing department in the production of brochures.
What we are looking for from you...
- 5 years of experience in computerized drafting and design
- College coursework in drafting and design is required
- Experience in AutoCAD, REVIT, Photoshop, or other modeling software
- Strong space planning and design skills
- Ability to organize and prioritize work to meat deadlines
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with others
