We’re seeking a SALES specialist who thrives in a high-volume, fast-paced contact center environment. If you are a detail-oriented professional with strong analytical skills, critical thinking abilities, and a passion for exceptional customer service, we want you on our team!
Responsibilities:·
Engage with existing customers through inbound and outbound sales calls.· Make outbound and inbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote and sell appliance warranties. · Demonstrate critical thinking in sales to make informed, evidence-based decisions quickly.· Handle escalated calls and resolve issues in a professional manner.· Work closely with customers, service partners, and internal teams to deliver an outstanding customer experience in a fast-paced setting.· Ability to pivot quickly to support an evolving and fast-growing business with frequent changes in processes and technology, contributing to a continuously improving environment.· Maintain accurate records and customer interactions using email management systems and customer service software.
Expectations:·
Apply strong multitasking skills to manage a high volume of inbound communications, including phone calls, emails, and other channels.· Communicate complex claim details and decisions effectively and clearly to both customers and internal teams.· Uphold high standards of customer service, even under pressure, ensuring customer inquiries are addressed with empathy and professionalism.· Embrace a dynamic work environment, consistently delivering timely and precise claim resolutions.· Ability to move between multiple systems with proficiency and accuracy.
Skills & Qualifications:·
*1-3 years of experience in one or more of the following: call center, sales, insurance adjusting, or technical customer service, preferably in a high-volume or protection plan environment.
*Exceptional critical thinking and problem-solving skills with a demonstrated ability to make well-informed decisions under pressure.
*Ability to manage multiple systems at a time.
* Proficiency in claims management systems, contact center platforms, and MS Office products.
*Computer skills are a must.
Shifts to Include the following:
This is a fully in center position.
Training: Monday through Friday 9:00am - 6:00pm with weekends off.
Shift after Training: 9:00am - 6:00pm with weekends off.
**Must be able to work in office at our Triple Impact Connections Center in Killeen, Texas Office!**
