A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A FIELD SUPERVISOR
In this position, you lead our team and perform plumbing jobs. A skilled plumber, you perform both basic services and complex commercial and industrial plumbing projects. You collaborate with our estimators and operation manager to develop a project plan so that we complete the work on time and within budget.
Before going out into the field, you make sure that all the materials, supplies, and tools necessary to complete the work scheduled for that day have been pulled, staged, and loaded on the proper truck. Additionally, you ensure that each crew leaves in the correct truck at the designated time. You love having the opportunity to further your career in this essential trade!
QUALIFICATIONS FOR A FIELD SUPERVISOR
- Plumbing license
- Valid driver's license and a good driving record
