Responsibilities
Description of Responsibilities:
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
- Conduct analysis with internal stakeholders from different departments to understand and gauge business practices, identifying ERP requirements
- Develop a data migration strategy for legacy data including data clean-up and validation to ensure quality of carry-over data is relevant
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
- Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
- Ensure resource availability and allocation
- Develop a detailed project plan to track progress
- Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs
- Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
- Manage and mitigate project risks
- Design of functional/technical specifications
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
- Build training guides and conduct training sessions for all relevant team members
Qualifications
Required Skills and Experience:
- Strong communication skills, written and oral
- Knowledge of SLDC – systems development life cycle
- Previous software and implementations successfully completed
- Flexible and willing to adapt during course of project
- Project management and leadership experience
- Functional business knowledge (Procurement, Finance, etc.)
- Extensive experience managing ERP implementation projects
- Gap analysis
- Experience with system integration
- Strong ability to multitask and meet deadlines
