We are seeking a motivated Office Administrator to join our Arbor/Metals, Inc. – Mobile, AL branch. The ideal candidate will coordinate office activities, operations, and oversee our QMS program. They will also ensure all work is done on time.
Responsibilities
- Directs office activities and functions to maintain efficiency and compliance with company policies.
- Performs daily invoicing and receiving computer functions. Coordinates freight movements with appropriate carriers. Scans various documents into computer system.
- Assists sales and support staff with their assigned duties, particularly when more advanced, skilled, or sensitive work is required.
- Oversee the Maintaining of records, documentation, and files, particularly more complex or sensitive files.
- Schedule and organize weekly Management Review Meetings
- Communicate and track Quality Objectives performance with MR team and branch
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
- Complete any other projects requested by your Manager
Qualifications:
- At least three years of office coordination and quality control experience in a distribution or manufacturing setting.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associates degree in office administration or related field preferred.
- Highly organized and able to successfully manage multiple projects at once
- Strong communication skills
