Investment Accountant (Stable and Reputable Law Firm)
LOCATION : New York, NY

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Prepare monthly and quarterly reports for Firm investment vehicles
- Prepare and update workpapers and spreadsheets
- Assist with the administration of the Firm’s qualified retirement plans
- Assist with the coordination of the audits of the Firm’s 401(k) and Pension Plans
- Prepare financial statements for the Firm’s 401(k) and Pension Plans
- Calculate capital call and distribution allocations
- Organize Firm investment vehicle correspondence
- Maintain agreement inventory
- Work with assistant to ensure the maintenance and organization of the electronic documents
- Reconcile records of third-parties to internal accounting records
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- 2 years of related public accounting (audit or tax) experience OR 4 years of previous accounting / finance experience in the private industry
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products including Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Advanced experience in Microsoft Excel
- Working knowledge of tax and finance applications
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
REQUIREMENTS :
Salary : $80,000 - $110,000
