What Youll Do: As an Auto Body Painter at CollisionRight, you'll put your skill to work by:
- Preparing metal, plastic, and other automotive surfaces for painting. This includes sanding, masking, and cleaning.
- Expertly applying base coats, clear coats, and primers using top-of-the-line waterborne or solvent-based paint systems.
- Mixing and matching paint colors to perfection, ensuring a flawless finish every time.
- Assisting with body work if needed, and working on automotive accessories when required.
- Buffing and sanding completed paint jobs to bring out that brilliant, factory-quality shine!
- Ensuring every paint job meets CollisionRights high-quality standards because we guarantee our work for life.
- Maintaining and cleaning spray guns and equipment because the right tools get the right results!
What Youll Bring to the Team:
- 1-3 years of experience in auto body painting, with solid knowledge of the processes, techniques, and materials used in the trade.
- Skill in using spray guns, with a sharp eye for color and a knack for mixing and matching paints.
- Strong attention to detail, because we know perfection is in the little things!
- Comfort working with safety gear and personal protective equipment, including in areas with fumes and hazardous materials.
- Physical strength and agility to handle equipment and work in fast-paced, production-oriented environments.
