Marketing Measurement & Insights Analyst Type : Full Time Location : On Site - San Antonio, TX 78215 Salary : $80-$87K Job Summary : Join our data-driven marketing team as a Marketing Data Analyst, where you will transform enterprise and marketing data into actionable insights to drive membership growth, deepen relationships, and enhance mission impact using SQL and Power BI and Excel and Looker Studio a.k.a Google Data Studio, Using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and PowerPoint for presentation. Key Responsibilities : This marketing data analyst will analyze and visualize multi-channel campaign performance using SQL, Power BI, and Excel. As the data marketing data analyst you will build and maintain marketing measurement frameworks, focusing on attribution modeling and ROI optimization. Implement advanced analytics solutions like multi-touch attribution and predictive modeling. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide actionable insights for personalized member experiences. Required Skills & Experience : Proficiency in SQL, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI).
