Race Operations Crew

Tris4Health, headquartered in Grand Rapids, MI, has an immediate employment opportunity for Race Operations Crew positions. This is a general labor position.

Tris4Health is a leading event production company specializing in cycling, running, and multisport events. Tris4Health is an equal opportunity employer.

Preference is given to those willing to work multiple events and those available the day before the event to help set up.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

· Loading and unloading equipment.

· Transporting equipment to the venue.

· Setting up and tearing down event equipment such as fencing, cones, signs, tents, and tables.

· Fill in where needed throughout the event (aid stations, packet pickup, etc.)

Position Requirements:

· Able to work weekdays, weekends, and early mornings.

· Able to perform tasks that include lifting up to 50 pounds

· Able to work in a fast-paced and changing environment.

· Able to communicate with a wide variety of people.

· Willing to follow directions.

· Able to follow written instructions, procedures, and maps.

· Willing to work outside in all types of weather and be prepared for the elements.

· Willing to work in a variety of settings.

· Willing to be flexible to changes in workflow.

· Willing to assist in any capacity as needed.

· Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

· The ability to drive a forklift is a plus.

· Must be self-motivated, seek out work to do, and be able to work with minimal supervision.

· Access to a computer/internet to request jobs, receive event worksheets, and report hours.

· Experience as an athlete or a volunteer is a plus.

- Setup Day: 6/6/25, 9:00 am – 3:00 pm

- Race Day: 6/7/25, 5:00 am – 3:00 pm

- Race Day: 6/8/25, 5:00 am – 3:00 pm

Grand Rapids Gran Fondo (Grand Rapids, MI)

- Setup Day: 6/20/25, 9:00 am – 3:00 pm

- Race Day: 6/21/25, 5:00 am – 3:00 pm

Michigan Titanium Triathlon (Plainfield Township, MI)

- Setup Day: 8/8/25, 9:00 am – 3:00 pm

- Setup Day: 8/9/25, 9:00 am – 3:00 pm

- Race Day: 8/10/25, 5:00 am – 2:00 am (this will be broken down into shifts)

The Dirty Mitten (Middleville, MI)

- Setup Day: 9/19/25, 9:00 am – 3:00 pm

- Race Day: 9/20/25, 5:00 am – 5:00 pm

- Race Day: 9/21/25, 5:00 am – 2:00 am
