We are seeking skilled individuals to join our team at Trisaetum Vineyards for the 2025 harvest season. As a cellar hand, you will be involved in all aspects of wine production, from grape sorting and fermentation to bottling and packaging.

Responsibilities
- Participate in daily tastings with the winemaking team to assess juice samples, active fermentations, and finished wines
- Assist in cluster sampling for picking decisions
- Clean and prepare barrels and tanks
- Operate forklifts to move equipment and supplies
- Sort grapes and manage cap management for whole-cluster and destemmed ferments
- Perform general lab work

Preferred Qualifications
