Inside Sales Manager

- Ideal candidate : Ambitious, grounded, and emotionally mature. Ideally with direct experience in the fencing industry and with a background in sales.
Key skills / qualifications :
Experience in fencing products and services preferred
Strong sales abilities, including soft lead generation and closing deals
Strong leadership and team management and motivation
Ability to work withcontractors, designers, and other stakeholders in the fencing industry
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data
Job duties include, but are not limited to, the following :
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and decision-makers
Ensure consistent sales processes and workflows are followed
Set performance goals and monitor individual and team metrics
Monitor and manage the sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-ups and closings
