Job Summary:
The Healthcare Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities within the healthcare sector. This role requires a highly motivated and results-oriented individual with a proven track record of success in healthcare staffing sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy and Execution
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the healthcare sector by reaching out to potential clients.
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in hospitals, nursing homes, assisted living and other healthcare facilities.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities by reaching out to potential clients.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with healthcare facilities
Marketing and Branding
- Create and execute marketing campaigns to promote staffing services.
- Develop content for various marketing channels, including social media, email, and print.
- Analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Manage the companys online presence, including the website and social media profiles.
Client Relationship Management
- Maintain ongoing communication with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- Handle client inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
- Gather feedback to improve service offerings.
Team Management
- Lead and mentor the sales and marketing team.
- Set performance goals and monitor team progress.
- Provide training and support to enhance team skills.
Compliance and Reporting

Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of proven success in healthcare staffing sales, with a strong track record of exceeding sales targets.
