Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in construction or engineering, or a combination of education and equivalent experience.
- At least 10 years in the mechanical service industry.
- Leadership Experience: Minimum of 5 years in a supervisory role, including hiring, performance evaluations, and team development.
- Project Management: At least 2 years in estimating and service/project management.
- Strong understanding of HVAC/plumbing trade and mechanical service operations.
- Familiarity with scheduling, planning, and operating systems.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to analyze situations, develop solutions, and implement improvements.
- Builds and leads high-performing teams.
- Resolves conflicts and fosters collaboration.
- Provides mentorship and professional development.
- Adaptable to change and emerging technologies.
