Customer Service Representative Overview
TriSource Staffing Solutions is supporting a company located in Hanover, MD. We are currently seeking Customer Service Representatives on a temporary to hire basis. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service and support. You will engage with customers through various channels, ensuring their inquiries are addressed promptly and effectively. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a passion for helping others.
Customer Service Representative Duties
- Provide outstanding customer service by responding to inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Conduct outbound calling to follow up on customer inquiries and provide necessary information.
- Utilize computerized systems to manage customer accounts and document interactions accurately.
- Analyze customer needs and offer appropriate solutions or escalate issues as necessary.
- Maintain a professional demeanor while communicating with customers, demonstrating empathy and understanding.
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance the overall customer experience.
- Assist in training new staff members on customer service protocols and best practices.
Customer Service Representative Requirements
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service environment is preferred.
- Proficiency in using office software and computerized systems for data entry and management.
- Bilingual or multilingual capabilities are highly desirable, particularly in English and other languages.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate information clearly.
- Ability to analyze situations effectively and provide appropriate solutions.

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
