Job Description
- In this role you will lead the setup and configuration of the Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform for the Electronic Systems (ES) sector. You will be responsible for the configuration, build and integration of the Salesforce Marketing Cloud instance for the sector. Partnering with business users, you will build a platform that will deliver dynamic and personalized email content based on business objectives and technology requirements.
- You will be responsible for account configuration and creating a data stream connector. As part of this effort, you will design and implement all supporting systems and templates to run effective email marketing campaigns. In addition, you will create and code solutions that leverage automation, data-driven segmentation and other sophisticated Salesforce Marketing Cloud capabilities to maximize customer engagement.
- Outside of setup and configuration, you'll serve as a hands-on consultant to business users to implement email marketing campaigns, data segmentation and customer journey mapping. As such, you’ll train them how to use the system and successfully deploy email campaigns through the Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform.
- May assist facilities engineers in the planning and design of facilities.
