Your Role & Responsibilities

• Configure, manage, and maintain mobile device settings, app configurations, enrollment profiles, and application assignments in Microsoft Intune
• Provide expert support for iOS and Android devices, troubleshooting technical issues and ensuring smooth operations
• Assist with Microsoft Office troubleshooting for both desktop and mobile applications
• Utilize PowerShell scripting to automate tasks and improve efficiency
• Support Microsoft Conditional Access policies, ensuring compliance with security protocols
• Monitor and respond to technical hardware and software issues, collaborating with vendor support teams when necessary
• Contribute to system documentation, including requirements, designs, and resource inventories
  
  

Skills & Experience You Should Possess

• Microsoft Intune Admin Console experience – Ability to configure and manage mobile devices and applications
• Hands-on experience with iOS and Android devices in an enterprise environment
• PowerShell proficiency – Ability to create scripts for automation and troubleshooting
• Strong troubleshooting skills, particularly with Microsoft Office applications (preferred)
• Experience with Microsoft Conditional Access (preferred)
  
  

Education & Certifications You Need

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or a related field; OR
• Associate degree plus 3 years of technical experience; OR
• High school diploma with 5 years of IT experience in a large, complex organization
