Your Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and implement organizational change management strategies to support transformation initiatives
- Lead stakeholder engagement, ensuring alignment with business objectives and smooth adoption of new processes
- Partner with leadership and cross-functional teams to assess change readiness and develop mitigation plans
- Drive communication strategies to foster transparency and employee buy-in during transitions
- Support training and development efforts to equip teams with the skills needed for change adoption
- Monitor change adoption metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement
- Serve as a trusted advisor, guiding teams through complex change initiatives
Skills & Experience You Should Possess
- 8 years of experience in Organizational Change Management, with a proven track record of leading enterprise-level transformations
- Strong knowledge of change management methodologies (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR, Kotter)
- Ability to influence stakeholders at all levels and manage resistance effectively
- Experience designing and executing change impact assessments, communication plans, and training programs
- Exceptional communication, facilitation, and problem-solving skills
Bonus Points If You Have:
- Experience with PLM Standardization (e.g., Windchill) – helpful but not required
- Previous experience in a manufacturing, engineering, or technology-driven environment
Education & Certifications You Need:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Organizational Development, Change Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Prosci or other change management certifications are a plus
