Location: Hybrid (St. Paul, MN – Onsite Mondays & Tuesdays, Remote Wednesdays to Fridays)

Your Role & Responsibilities

• Develop, execute, and maintain manual and automated test cases for software applications
• Collaborate with business analysts and developers to review functional requirements and design test plans
• Implement automation frameworks and tools such as Selenium WebDriver, Cucumber, and SoapUI to streamline testing
• Perform integration testing, regression testing, and performance testing to ensure system stability
• Report and track defects, troubleshooting issues, and working with developers for resolution
• Utilize DevOps tools (Jira/Xray, Selenium, GitLab, Octopus Deploy) to support continuous integration and deployment
• Conduct security, accessibility, and stress testing to ensure compliance with industry standards
• Document test strategies, best practices, and provide knowledge transfer to team members
  
  

Skills & Experience You Should Possess

• 5 years of Quality Assurance experience, with expertise in both manual and automated testing
• Strong background in automation frameworks (Selenium WebDriver, Cucumber, SoapUI)
• Hands-on experience with DevOps tools such as Jira/Xray, GitLab, and Octopus Deploy
• Experience working with web-based applications, web services (SOAP/REST), and database systems
• Solid understanding of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders

• Experience with law enforcement or criminal justice systems
• Knowledge of security, performance, and accessibility testing best practices
• Background in programming languages commonly used in test automation
• Experience working in a government or public sector environment
  
  

Education & Certifications You Need

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

• Competitive Salary – $97,000 - $108,000 annually, based on experience
