Your Role & Responsibilities

• Guide teams, leadership, and stakeholders in Agile principles, best practices, and mindset shifts
• Coach teams on Agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, or LeSS, tailoring approaches to their needs
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement by identifying bottlenecks and driving Agile maturity
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies, workshops, and training sessions to upskill teams and individuals
• Partner with leadership to define Agile strategies and ensure alignment across the organization
• Remove impediments, optimize team workflows, and enhance collaboration across departments
• Mentor Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and teams in Agile execution and servant leadership
  
  

Skills & Experience You Should Possess

• At least 8 years of experience as an Agile Coach, Scrum Master, or Agile transformation leader
• Deep understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, LeSS, or similar)
• Proven experience in driving Agile adoption at the enterprise level
• Strong facilitation, mentoring, and coaching skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
• Hands-on experience with Agile tools like Jira, Rally, or Azure DevOps
• Ability to foster a culture of trust, collaboration, and continuous learning
  
  

Bonus Points If You Have

• SAFe Program Consultant (SPC), Certified Scrum Professional (CSP), or ICAgile Certified Professional (ICP-ACC)
• Experience in scaling Agile frameworks in large organizations
• Background in DevOps, Lean, or product management methodologies
  
  

Education & Certifications You Need

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• Agile certifications such as CSM, PSM, SAFe, ICP-ACC, or equivalent preferred
