Responsibilities
- Provide individualized patient care using the nursing process to meet the unique needs of each patient
- Utilize technical skills and follow procedures to deliver high-quality care
- Document all patient care in accordance with hospital policies and procedures
- Participate in performance improvement activities to enhance the quality of patient care
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited School of Professional Nursing (B.S. or A.S.)
- 1 year of RN experience
- Labor and Delivery experience highly preferred
- BLS certification required within 6 months
- ACLS certification required within 6 months
- NRP certification required within 6 months
