In this role, you will deliver patient-centered care by performing essential nursing tasks. Collaborating with RNs and other team members, you'll provide comprehensive care aligned with best practices.
Key Responsibilities :
Administer direct, evidence-based care to patients as directed by the physician or RN.
Assist in procedures and monitoring duties as assigned.
Perform lab tests and procedures as within your scope, demonstrating competency.
Document patient care accurately and promptly in medical records.
Act as a resource for staff and students to enhance patient care quality.
Qualifications :
Basic Cardiac Life Support certification must be obtained within 30 days of employment.
Current Licensed Practical / Vocational Nurse (LPN / LVN) license.
